Judd began pursing acting professionally in in the latter part of 2004. 2004 through 2006 were spent cutting his teeth in the industry, as he appeared in numerous indy films in Texas and Louisiana and in over a dozen local and regional commercials. After a 3-year hiatus from the acting biz, Judd returned in late 2009 to pursue acting and to assist Sharon Ward with recruiting talent for her Louisiana-based agency.
As an actor, 2010 was an incredible year for Judd. In addition to starring in several regional and national commercials, he also landed 3 feature film roles. Under the direction of John Pogue, he played the flamboyant gate agent, Sylvester, in the upcoming thriller Quarantine 2: Terminal. Next up was the role of Michael in Little Johnny, an independent feature film from Italian Director Giorgio Serafini. Finally in October 2010, Judd played the shady businessman, Bill, opposite veteran television actor Ray Wise in the upcoming drama Fishers Of Men .
2011 has been off to a tremendous start also. Judd recently wrapped three productions: the TBS pilot Hound Dogs, the Dolly Parton/Queen Latifah film film Joyful Noise, TNT’s Memphis Beat and just recently the upcoming 2012 blockbuster, The Hunger Games.
In addition to working in front of the camera, Judd enjoys working with others to better their on-camera skills. He was recently credited as On-Set Acting Coach in both Q2: Terminal and The Candy Shop, working with 15 year-old star-to-be, Mattie Liptak.
Currently Judd lives in Baton Rouge with his wife Felicia and enjoys all things Film/TV/Acting related. He leads audition classes in Mississippi and Baton Rouge and does private coaching when he is not working on set. He also serves as recruiter for the Louisiana Ward Agency alongside veteran talent agent Sharon Ward, and has just become a proud father for the first time to the lovely Ms. Ellie Kay Lormand.
